Actually, as a young man, I was generally a Dem, tho, I had doubts about it being truly representative of my thinking,, after a few years & seeing how they were pushing to change things once considered wrong into things to be viewed as okay,, Right & wrong dont change, so, since the only other place was Bubdom,, I became a Bub, only to watch them fail to represent MY thinking,, I had never heard of Ron Paul or the concept of Libertarianism, But that was MY thinking,, So, once I reached maturity I was w/o a political party to be a member of. I am still registered as a Bub, but IF I see a Dem who can read The C & understands right & wrong, Ill vote for them,, so far it looking like a safe bet thats never gonna happen,, I vote for Conservatives, not neocons. The right is a fractured group, the left arent. The right has the Tea Party, The Pretend Tea Party ( think Palin & her ilk), conservatives who dont share the Libertarian bent of the Tea Party & the neocons. Finding sufficient support to defeat a dem for a single candidate out of that fractured "platform" isnt easy. If Hillary can dodge enough of the fallout from Benghazi I still think she will be the next pres,, God help us all,, & there ya have a complete thot process, shared. Not just talking points,, |

She is the right guy for the job...... Having been raised on her daddy's knee, a repub, her future was scripted. She was keen enuff to hire Dicck Morris and get Bill elected by her ruthlessness in working the political machine. She wants it, bad, she will use whatever to get the office, then abandon those, who got her there, to get this nation back to the right things her daddy taught her..... that is her root. Indeed a lot has changed since those days, most for the best, but her foundation, and allegiance, to our sovereignty is far away from the current administration..... Her desire to be the first women to hold the office sprouted in her dreams of pleasing her father, and was fanned to hope, by him. I think she will surprise many, and disappoint many, mostly on the left, when they realize they were only a vehicle to her dream. The right would never have given her an opportunity, as evidenced by their incessant promoting of rich white frat boys, losers on a national stage..... It was her idea to get D. Morris, and her navigating Newt with triangulation, that gave Willie his only successes in office.... She is shrewd and political savvy, and has much to draw from, as well as many who will do anything to get back into her favor. I believe she saw the writing on the wall, re: economic turnaround, etc, taking years to play out, and let Obama take the hit. She will play Benghazi like a pro, unlike Willie who went on TV with bad make-up and scolded us for his screw'n around with a stupid lie. And one more tidbit that tells me a lot of peoples perception of her in miscast...... Chelsey. She appears as a well grounded person who has not let a lot of the spectacle get to her, yes, I credit Hillary for that. By no stretch of the imagination am I her fan, but I don't have to be..... I just want someone who will stand up to both sides and not give a ratz arse about doing what is the best policy to protect, and promote, our sovereignty, in this ever changing world. |
