I saw these white lines on my belt. What are they?

Looks normal. Road dust and some minor cracking. Nothing to worry about. If you see a hole or frayed inner cords, then consider getting another belt.

Its fine, youre just gettin started wearing it out.Lotsa miles left in that belt. Ride on, pahdnuh.

I've had several pieces of limestone forced through my belt when they got between the belt and pulley.

I kind of freaked out when I found the first one - about 5 years and 15,000 miles ago.

Belt's pretty tough!
