This is a local (to me) community college.

Cliff notes: A local business owner, Marine sniper, college student questioned our governor regarding his recent firearm laws here in CT.
On video.

The governor said he was threatening and attacked him.

He goes to court and they don't allow his video, which proves his innocence.

Nicholas Saucier was both brave and correct to stand firm.
But, I bet next time he will remember that in this NWO USA, citizens have the right to free speech........ just as long as they are very careful and watch what they say.

The court has ZERO business telling a defendant what he can use in his defense. He should be able to run 3 Stooges reruns if he wants to. Its up to the jury to decide if what the defense does demonstrates a lack in the states case or proves his innocence. The state has no business telling a man how he can or cant try to make his case,

Yea, Ive noticed, but Im not laffing,, Ive watched the militarization of the cops, Ive watched cops ( not with My eyeballs) kill & be supported as Brave cops by their commanding officers instead of tossing them in jail for years.. Im not able to find a giggle over that, either,, Im waiting on communities to rise up,, OHH,, hey,, is it Albuquerque? Somewhere in NM there was a recent demonstration, the cops have killed something like 23 people in the last coupla years,, recently shot a homeless guy who posed exactly ZERO threat,,

yes it was Albuquerque, a sleeping homeless man was kicked by the cops and when he jumped up (normal reaction) they began striking him..
He attempted to run (normal reaction) so they shot him in the back..

disgusting what this once fine democracy is turning into

Republic,, remember, we are a REpublic,, Isnt it odd how we are almost always referred to as a democracy? Hmm,, almost as if someone would rather the People not actually realize their POwer.
