Post by Serowbot on 03/25/14 at 11:27:56 Apparently,.. talking to a Pakistani named "Bill" from "Utah" , about the sudden $30 a month increase in your bill... is equivalent to a verbal contract... After being promised that I would get more services at the same price I was paying before, I'm locked into this deal for 1 year with a $200 penalty if I cancel... and a $30 increase in my bill... And an $11 charge for making this change... Thanks CenturyLink... you da' best... :-*... Thanks for not increasing my bill $500 a month and lying about it, and calling that a contract... :-?... |

FSO on 03/25/14 at 11:45:11 they manipulate those "yes" recordings to serve their purposes. they did it to me at work before but our entire conversations were recorded at work so they knew that I didn't authorize anything. In fact on the recording it had me saying "I'm not authorized to agree to anything, I'm only a salesman". AL |

THATS the law,, If you BELIEVED material facts were one way, when in fact, they werent, or were misrepresented, youre looking at a way out. Thats not to say it wont go to collections, but you can write letters to the agencies & explain your side,, Ive fought these fights & won,, |

Post by shorty on 03/27/14 at 13:09:33 when I fought a telecommunication company I was told they are the number 1 customer of collection agencies.. also the collection agency dropped the case after I submitted a letter explaining the grievance with the telecommunication company.. don't put up with their nonsense |
