Title: S40 Corbin Post by stinger on 03/24/14 at 04:41:04 Ran across this and thought it was a pretty cool seat for sure! http://www.popscreen.com/p/MTU4ODcxNTM3/Suzuki-S40-Savage-650-Corbin-Seat-Black-Leather-LS650-LS-Saddle |

Title: Re: S40 Corbin Post by Serowbot on 03/24/14 at 08:56:25 Corbin's... you'll either love it, or hate it... Some people can do 1,000 mile days on them,... I find them less comfortable than the stock seat... I think they might be better for heavier guys... (I'm skinny)... Seats are like helmets... don't buy before you try... |

I just went through this on the used ST1100 I bought. The stock seat was real slippery for my wife. I bought a used Corbin, and it is firm and is flat....and she slips around on it just as much as the stock seat. I also bought a used Russel Day Long seat....and it suits her much better. The Russel is a bit thick for me and my legs don't reach the ground as well as the stock and Corbin....so maybe I can get a little padding taken out of the drivers portion. By getting used ones.....I hopefully can sell them without much of a loss.....hopefully just shipping losses. |
