Those aren't "wires", those are tubes/hoses.  To be precise, they are the overflow lines from the carb.  They go nowhere.  they sit up under the tank.  Nobody cut them, there is no damage.

lol I knew it was a hose and not a wire, I just used the wrong terminology.

Somebody stole your plate?  You did report it stolen so they won't be coming after you after they use it on the getaway bike from the robbery, didn't you?

yeah I reported it...there's another reason I thought my bike was tampered with though... I started it up and it sounded great . after about 4 mins of riding it stalled, the throttle didnt  respond like it should and the bike would turn off. I started it up a few more times but that didn't help ( tank is full by the way) . What might be the issue?

Hm. if they yanked those hoses, I'd check all your hoses going to and from the carb and make sure everything is where it should be.  Check out your vacuum line... is it still there? Sounds like a carb/fuel issue.

Yeah...sounds like a fuel issue to me too.  As has been said, check all hoses.  Sounds like wires are OK or bike wouldn't be running.  Might be vacuum to petc0ck issue causing bad fuel flow.

Check the tech section and do Serowbot's petc0ck test.  The pet can cause lots of seemingly carb issues that just seem random that you can't ever quite put your finger on.
