Yes, Ive noticed that recently. I close Firefox & when I restart its back to being reasonably fast, but I see our site lagging a bit compared to others.
Mite be because the NSA has just started routing this site thru their "filters" & it takes a bit longer to run the electrons thru Utah instead of just hooking us up.. :)  ..
Akshewully,, I have no idea why it would be slower,.,

I see something when it's loading about waiting for zobos.net. Whats that?

I spotted that & also "transferring data from googleleads" .. Ive no idea about either, tho, I am wondering if maybe some dyslexic clown isnt involved,.Ill run zobos thru a search & see what pops up.

Shrink a Url :: Zobos.net
zobos.net   Cached
Zobos.net - Shares Files, Shortens urls, Creates QR codes and tracks visits and downloads.

Applying shrinkage in a desirable manner,, whoda thot?

I am having no problems....just two adds, one at the top and voodoo at the side...now the voodoo add takes like 5 secs to load every once in a while.

zobos.net is an ad site.  It's where the voodoo vintage ad comes from.  Googleads.com is the same except the ads are from google.  The more ads you get from more places, the slower the page loads.  I have not experienced any slowdown.  But, every ad site I find is blocked so, no ads...no slowdown waiting on their overloaded servers.

Gee, my stuff is working jest fine.

Linux Mint Mate 64 bit edition and my current setting for the list absolves me from having to put up with all the add in bar nonsense.

Thanks OF. I switched back to the old template. I forgot about that. No ads, I like it.

I like it because I can Ctrl+ things up larger on my old low rez flatscreen and be able to actually see what I am typing (the ad bars aren't there on both sides and the top taking up all the screen real estate).

Since you don't have to wait to load all the ad bars it is quicker too.

I got the cannot load page error 3 times, then it loaded. I have had no problems with it since.
