Title: electric savage Post by Kirill Timofeev on 02/15/14 at 21:41:02 Have anybody here tried to convert savage to electric bike? I saw couple of such projects on the internet. Looks like it's not cheap (motor with controller alone is about $1500), but definitely doable. |

I wonder if diy project can achieve similar performance at lower costs. Another good thing is recent progress with batteries. They are becoming lighter and capacity is increasing with every year. So range could probably be improved in couple of years just by upgrading batteries. |
