What's the best wat to check to see if oil passages, mainly the head cover, is getting oil to the rockers.

Start the bike up and run it for a few seconds.  Shut it off, the take off the front valve adjustment cover, and look inside and see if everything is coated with oil.

If you find an adapter, one of the rocker shafts has a screw in cap that you could hook up to a oil pressure gage.

Not likely to show much pressure at idle.

Perfect. Thansk for the help. Now I have another question, what are the most common causes for not starting. I have lights and it turns over. No fire...its about 40 degrees out...cylinder was wet but the plug seemed dry.?. Decompression was adjusted to spec. I recently added a raptor capable and disconnected the spark plug wire and the ignitor,.?. While doing a head cover, plug job

if it don't show more than 10v while pushing the button, it won't start.
