The rear view camera and the navigator might come in handy.  I wouldn't want the music, I like to hear the engine etc.  And a phone call is the last thing I would want while riding.  Wonder what the price will be?

I do wonder how these gadgets get by the stark black and white interpretations of the law... no video screens allowed.  bang, you got a ticket.

I think it's a great idea, as long as it's easy enough to turn off the options you don't want and turn them on just as easily if you do want them at any given moment.  Especially in a worst case scenario, would be great if it has an On-star type of function to call 911 if you have an accident, say if the helmet is sideways for more then a certain amount of time and still on the rider it will alert the authorities.   ::)
