This is 64 bit chip type speed stackable main memory ....

If it is designed to run at 1.1 volts then it will run at 14nm lithography level voltages  (which will be 2.5 volts or less) ....

Samsung is slowly outing the support bits & pieces for their new 64 bit (<22 nm lithography) fast-assed new 64 bit ARM chipset products.

-------------------------------------

Lower lithography items are starting to leak out of AMD now too, they have a new crop of video cards out now that pull LESS power than previous generations (this is a first in the video card wars, when the new stuff pulls less power than before).

AMD has staked out their midrange survival path and they are following it .... and AMD is making a profit again.

They aren't trying to bust the top end any more, they are aiming at "best value" and at larger volume.   They are supplying video chipsets to Apple and video chipsets for the Microsoft X box.   See AMD become a fab plant  and a graphics supplier to the rest of the mid to upper end world.   See AMD sell "built to their spec" 64 bit ARM chipsets to other folks .... and have a similar item under their own brand name after the contract ends.

Nvidia has put all their small lithography graphics card bonus into HUGE speed and resolution increases so the new Nvidia graphics cards use up two slots and require extra separate power supply connections to go WAY PAST what any game requires while AMD has gone with board powered single slot cards that meet middle to top of existing game requirements (at less than half the price of the Nvidia cards).

We will see which philosophy pays off the best ....   Nvidia now owns all of the upper end in graphics cards business hands down but the price of those Nvidia cards is 2-3x what a lower spec'd AMD card costs.
