Mississippi has its own .... er... culture. The capital city put cams at intersections (actually it was done under contract, with the city only getting a percetage). The system lasted only a few months... WHY???

Well in MS ( at least) during a furneral.. cars can run a red light while in the procession. Yeah; tickets went out.. push came to shove... and poof the cameras lost. Sure MS might be a piss-poor backward state.. but some aspects of our culture are stronger than all the PC and gee-whiz ideas of the rest of the world.

I'll come up your way and we'll give it a go aye? speed camera van down our northern motorway has a few photos of me waving at him,well,more like 1 fingered saluting him on my Kawasaki ;)

The cowards way would be to take a good digital photo of any speed camera or police cars registration plate, expand it print off and stick it over your registration plate and then drive past the camera van. You would need to be mildly disguised and possibly have a photo of another rego sticker over yours
