Title: Re: Savage 400cc Post by Serowbot on 12/17/13 at 22:17:13 I honestly thought they were all 400cc in NZ... Did they get 650's as well?... |
Title: Re: Savage 400cc Post by MMRanch on 12/17/13 at 22:49:55 I like the Idea of a 400 single more that a 650 ... but what choice do we have ? :P |
Title: Re: Savage 400cc Post by jcstokes on 12/17/13 at 23:45:51 Sure thing Serowbot, the bulk of us are 650, Savage, LS650, S40. Pity I can't find the Thai guy who was looking for bits for a 400 on this site. MM Ranch, you could always bid on this one, $US should buy about $1.16 to $1.19 NZ. The shipping would probably scare you off. |

Yea ! :P The "LuG" from the smaller piston it the part I'd like , but one carb also a part I like. so my other bike is two 400's on one carb , otherwise known as the 883. The LS650 does good as long as its above 2000rpm or so. :) . Once in a while around town a low speed turn will involve a "luging" effect in second or third gear , where a smaller piston would just "putt putt putt" and go on. :D |
