Hugs and Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.
I am so blessed to have you in my circle of
friends and family.
I wish we could all join together in a room or
ok so an auditorium to enjoy each other and some
great food.

May you all enjoy yourself and your family.
Myself, well I went to the gym for 2 hrs then
did an hr of Zumba last night.
Then home for a sliver of Pumpkin Pie..
Yeppers it was worth the work out for that. And
as I said, it was a sliver.
Now today, I am heading back to the gym this a.m.
as I want to make sure I can enjoy the good food and
not beat myself up for having a bigger slice of Pumpkin
Pie. :)
So again, have a great Thanksgiving.
To those that can, enjoy a ride and let's hear about it along

When you all go into the food coma after eating so much great food don't forget to thank whatever deity you believe in for everything you have and for not letting you literally explode because you ate far too much. lol

Great that you were able to satisfy yourself on a sliver of pumpkin pie, but for those of us who ate the whole darn pie, we feel guilty of self abuse! Happy thanksgiving Kim! My favorite holiday. Don't have to buy any gifts for anyone and there is nothing greater in life than to gorge yourself until your about to explode, then kick back in the chair watching football until you nod off before the second half only to wake up when you realize it's time for the second feeding. Burp!
