Could anyone tell what model raptor petcock would fit a 1988 savage - or do thay all fit and how difficult is it to fit,cheers Sted

5LP-24500-01-00. Redoing den so my list of parts is packed away. Type this in and see if it's a good number. BTW $25 is all I'd pay for one--and did.

Cheers Boofer,ordered one on e-bay $23 unfortunately another $15 for postage to the UK but $38 isn't bad compared to an igniter unit at more than $200 + postage :o :)

whoa, didn't know it was 07.45 where you boys are here it's 15.45 if I'd have known it was only 7.45 I'd have stayed in bed a bit longer ;D
