Although I do have the DVDs (for when I'm too old to see properly, or for my grandsons, if DVD will still be acceptable technology ;D)
I actually bought and binge read both books, Long Way 'Round and Long Way Down.

Both are nice, entertaining, and at times, (almost) gripping.

LWD & LWR are a couple of my all-time fave shows ... have the DVDs and the books too ... wish Charlie and Ewan would do another adventure together ...

heard rumors a few years ago that the b'ys were going to do a "Long Way" ride from bottom of South Am. to Alaska, but that was just it, rumors ... somethin' tells me that after LWR & LWD 'ol Chuck & Obi Wan had had enough of each other for awhile ... :(
