when i try and start the bike i get one click and a low pitch buzz from under the seat solanoid? relay? i have no idea. the battery is charged the bike dosent sound like it wants to start no chug the engine wont turn over at all???/

low pitch buzz is the relay not getting enough juice to stay tripped.
if the battery is full, then it's your cables.
check the ground 1st
