Has anyone used it before ?
I've wanted to try this product out for over a year.
I'm going to be painting the wife's savage with . I could use my hvlp guns but wanted to try this alternative .

I haven't used it personally.I've heard good things about it though on a couple other sites.Guys are using Spraymax 2K clear too.

Someone recently did an rattle can flake spray job with incredible results, I haven't had my coffee yet so I can't remember who it was but I believe he used Metallic Flake cans off the shelf from Walmart. It was an impressive rattle can job :)

Yeah, I'll be using the spraymax 2 also, not to stoked about her color choice "jazz berry pink" lol but I'll throw some before and after pics up

I'm all about color.helps that's what I do for a living.I'm doing a Vulcan 800 custom/bobber,it will be raspberry pearl and antique pearl white.Back in my mini truck days my Ranger GT was magenta9closer to pink) and black.Kinda pink now.

Nope.They only go on 1 way.That car was original,down to the Motorcraft battery when I bought it.

I primed with sem self etching primer and two coats of candy white,
I used just the roth rattle bomb paint on the side covers first, Their wasn't flake like they advertised , but only little specks of metallic , I know you can't get big flakes outta rattle can . But ,I was expecting more..

SO ...letting my Obsessive Compulsive Disorder take control .
I ran and grabbed my hvlp gun and started laying down some real metal flake >:( ....light coat...
I'm not done but close

My wife would love that! I'd ride it, looks pretty cool to me, too. 8-)

I wish I could find one of those wagons down here. It would make a good home to my 2.3L mini-stock motor. Then I would have something to play with at the Texas Mile. :)

Oh and I also owned a Pinto wagon back in the late 70's.
Great lil car, till 1st husband decided to race it.

Paint looks great, BTW did you remove the stock speedo and make the huge opening into a planter? ;D

Nice job!

I had 1976 Pinto Runabout back in the early 80's. Never could tear it up. I even raced it ( SCCA), of course I couldn't win, but it was fun.
