I am not a mechanic but...myself wife's savage has started leaking gas from carb. It will start fine and then after a few minutes won't idle and fuel will be dripping from bottom of carb. For moment has jardine slip on, but will be going back to stock. Bike back fires after shutting off

It could be the carb....or it could be the stock vacuum petcock.

Try this test first.....and do the entire test before moving on.

Thanks going to do raptor conversion regardless seems to fix Manu ills.
