What year did the Savage go from 400cc to 652cc?

as far as I know, Savage 400 produced in parallel with the "big brother" and even sort was also named "Boulevard"

Bike manufacturers often issue reduced size and power versions of bikes for countries with graduated, or restricted licensing...
The 400 Savage has never been available in the US...
