Title: Re: steering lock key Post by WD on 08/20/13 at 11:25:42 Not easily, you need the code off the tumbler, and a dealer who is willing to go to bat for you with corporate. That's if you want it done "right"... The key blank is very similar to commercial mailbox/locker keys. Any competent locksmith can run his tools into the lock and custom cut you one, for anywhere between $24 and $60 USD. Considering you can leave the key in, helmet on the bars, go shopping and the bike will still be there... I wouldn't bother. I'm getting ready to delete the steering head lock from mine, angle grinder with cut off wheel, drop the forks and bearings/cups, weld up the hole.
