Title: Ready to order up parts, but....
Post by raydawg on 08/11/13 at 16:49:43

I saved this link from the site but it shows a picture that I know doesn't fit our bike.... but is the number correct?
Any link to an air filter too (sorry I'm lazy) ? Should I also get a few extra drain plugs?
I decide I won't ride this winter to work, just to risky, so I'll work on her instead. A new muffler, etc, maybe take on the valves at it will clock over 8000 soon. Thanks gang  :D

edit: oh, the link might help: http://www.oemcycle.com/Item/product/900013981

No need to buy extra drain plugs - but an extra sealing washer or two won't hurt to have on hand, along with the O-rings for the oil filter.  The standard air cleaner can be had through the dealer, or an online parts supplier like Bike Bandit, Ron Ayers, etc.  If you don't ride on dirt roads or in dusty conditions the stock air cleaner will last a long time, and you may only need to use an air compressor and blow off the one you have.
