Title: Re: Tempted by a Harris G80 Post by 23Skidoo on 08/11/13 at 01:23:52 The one pictured is the one I'm considering buying.. In funny money it's about $4500.. I could find something else for that cost but I donno, I just keep going back to a Harris G80. A bit different with the Rotax that we know in Europe from MZ bikes but I've always wanted a Harris in one form or another... It's half a days ride away to have a look at and then I'll decide... They make excellent Cafe racers but I'd keep it in original spec and just tinker with the performance... We'll see |

Title: Re: Tempted by a Harris G80 Post by 23Skidoo on 08/12/13 at 03:36:37 Just called the seller and will have a look in a couple of weeks when I get the time to scoot over to see it.. I kinda already know it's mine.. Forgot to ask him about the kick start.. These have a left side kicker but I can't see it in the picture... I sorta wanted one with the big Matchless M on the tank as well.. p.s. Everything in the UK is expensive.. :-( |
Title: Re: Tempted by a Harris G80 Post by 23Skidoo on 08/12/13 at 03:50:37 Not the one I'll be looking at but a fine looking machine in Cafe Racer trim.. |
