When i shift to any speed, the gear lever stay up or down, i must push or pull to the oposite direction before be able to shift or down shift. is there a tension srping on the outside of the shift linkage or it's an other problem :-[?

since the linkage is on the outside, I'd check it for sticking 1st.

if it's not obvious, remove the lever from the shift arm.
the pedal should move freely.

you might mark the location of the slot on the shaft before you pull it.

I had that issue with my bike when it was new and not many shifts preformed on it yet. It was the lack of lubrication on the shift arm linkage on the pivot point at the front of the bike. Rain or washing the bike removes the lubrication and caused the issue for me. I switch over to a Teflon based lubricant and the issue is gone.

It is kind of one of those maintenance items that needs to be looked at from time to time. As the parts wear in the issue become less noticeable, but it still should receive some lubrication from time to time. I give mine a little shot at each oil change and it seems real happy with that program.

While you're cleaning and lubing, check and make sure the rod isn't bent and rubbing on the bottom of the motor.

ok i will lubrificate it i got some shell albida ep2 teflon base lying somewhere in my chem corner. thanks for your anwser, i got a small ben in the assembly toward the engine.

Go add your bike to the data collection thread on petcocks and shift linkage issues. Mileage, year, location, etc.

Straighten and reinforce the factory rod, or get a new center section ordered. Once they start to bend, they are junk. A piece of hard copper tubing, not easy to bend malleable, works fine, as does steel gas line tube or brake line pipe, with epoxy in it.

already wrote it in your thread, fews days ago, the bike got drop in my parking by some crappy street kids... no respect, so i aint got some when i saw them being arrested cause i called the cops and they had too much grass in their pocket hahaha
