Title: Headlight!?!
Post by ylwf3vr on 08/03/13 at 16:55:37

Another noob mistake! Two small holes on either side of the headlight assembly.. Thought those were to replace bulbs. But it seems like its used to adjust the headlight?? If so how can I make sure it's aligned correctly?

Once you get the new bulb in you tighten and or loosen those 2 little screws till the light goes where you want it.  Their are 2 bigger screws on the bottom which will hold the assembly together.  Once you take the window portion off their are wires that go through a rubber covering.  Gently pull the back of the wires out and the bulb should come out fairly easy.  The rubber covering holds everything in place.

ROFL. I did the same thing with my first street bike when I needed to replace the bulb many moons ago.  ::)
