No Title is a bit of a problem....even for a RYCA. Kind of makes it a parts bike.

yep, no title = parts bike
Looks like everything is there, decent shape
If it will start, or at least try to start then $400 is fair
No start or unable to check it, then $300

there are ways to get legal titles though, The real question is what killed the motor??

yeah the title would be a hassle and it kinda cast a shadow, "not stolen" kinda mystery
