thank you guys! just at first attracted my attention engine... to think that he is one-cylinder. but unfortunately, I just could not see the place of the second cylinder engine... would look simply astounding!

The engine appears to be a Harley-Davidson 1200, comparable to the one in the Sportster 1200 Custom.  Looks like it's been converted to belt primary and had the oil filter relocated.  Looks clean, but I agree with JOG on the themed bikes...

I don't know enough about Harleys do know for sure.....but from the few times I watched the show I thought Orange County normally uses the S&S motors.

Normally S&S Evo clones. With chi-com Baker right side drive knock off transmissions. Stuffed into what had the potential to be a nice rigid frame if it had a 140 width rear tire. With oversized glide front ends instead of aesthetically pleasing springers.

All covered with enough scrap metal to make 3 Kias.

though I do not often seen Harley in my life... but the engine is not very similar with Spoty. (but I can of course be wrong).. just at first I thought that motor 1-cylinder have, and it looks amazing(it is a pity that there were "glued" another cylinder)
