Woohoo! After spending most of the spring and summer feeling like crud from diverticulosis I got sent to a specialist who scoped, scraped and tweeked my insides a bit. After a couple days of walking funny I can't believe how much better I feel. This week I took rides of 160 and 200 miles and can't wait to do it again. Earlier this year I was about to quit, thinking I just wasn't going to enjoy riding anymore. Now I'm looking for excuses to go to the store and such just to be riding! Life is good! Oh, and Versy, you're tensioner is a work of genius! I don't know who is happier, me or the bike!

Good stuff to hear! My wife had some of that diverticulitus also only there was an "um" at the end stead of an "us"
