alright guys, i been doing some cleaning up on my 1986 ls650's wires and getting a really basic wire harness on the bike. then i got to the igniter. and sure as crap if the wires didnt rot and fall out of the plug.
i am wondering if they make plugs with the wires to simply butt connect or if i have to try and solder them together..
any help would be awesome!

will the 8 position plug really work? and can i have a picture of where the wires plug into the plug? because every wire came out except 2 :-/
i am not to sure where the wires go!

I have purchsed and installed one of these connectors and it works great. You need to buy a couple to get up to the 20 dollar minimum. Also you will need a special crimping tool to crimp the connectors on the wires, I found it at radio shack for like 6 bucks.
