They are showing a bit too much flesh for doing an asphalt "slip and slide"! :o

That just CAN'T end well for either the driver (in short sleeves and tennis shoes) or the passenger (tank top, shorts & flip flops...what was she thinking)  :-[

I sometimes feel over-dressed in my protective gear. Until I see photos like this...

I sometimes feel the same way.  I rode right much last summer and it was HOT and HUMID as it can be only in eastern North Carolina.  But if something had happened, I would certainly appreciated my gear.

If she survives that idiot has put her off bikes forever.
Look at her left foot you can see her toes starting to drag on the road. Its going to bend her foot backwards.
There heads will survive but thats it.

You should ride to your risk level.
If you're ATGATT, WOT is acceptable.
If you're naked, 10 mph may be too fast.

They just need one of these. With good computer animation, a fella can invent just about anything it seems. I can just picture this on a busy Interstate, bounding over the median divider. Oh my.

Good hunting

Good concept.
I could see the built in bags deploying prematurely while riding.  ;D

I can't see the rear wheel very well, but from the looks of the front wheel, they are getting ready to low side.  Scary to think about what is about to happen.

I think the rear is already off the ground. Theyre screwed, even if its not.
Row, is there any info on where /when?

Ok gang.....you all fail as detectives. But of course I do photography as a hobby, so maybe I have an edge. If the bike was moving at a speed to pull off such a turn, the BG would be blurred, as you would be tracking the bike. Now look at the tire marks in the upper realm of the picture, you can almost see tread....
Nope, he wasn't moving, they tumbled before they even got going....... or staged this to look like he was really humping through a turn    8-)

Yeah, might not really be the same sequence, I dunno....
And perhaps it looks like a safety message/poster?

I still think those rocks in the picture would be blurred, and if indeed it was a sequence, where is the spill? You know that would get more play.....

Film speed matters. I stopped lug nuts on a dragster at about 100 yards downtrack w/ 1,000 asa.
Those tire tracks & BG are somewhat blurred, not exactly sharp, 4 shure

As more is revealed it does look like a clever add. Sensible too.

Looks Russian, like Asia they are just begining to motorise and their death/accident statistics are frightening by western standards.

Well.....There is no way to know for sure if the outcome was really bad, or just a photoshop scenario set up for the public service announcement.

For the rider and passenger's well being......I hope it was just a well done photoshop job.

A high enough shutter speed would freeze the tires, and the background, but it you enlarge it you see possible evidence of shopping on the rear tire. There is also something on the ground just under her sandal. The sequence doesn't make sense either- if he was going that fast she wouldn't have had time to change her body position as much as she did.

Interesting concept, although I doubt it would be much help the very moment of impact...

Here's the real McCoy... Italian...  ;)

Well,, it did deploy, but, IM not sure it was between him & impact of any substantial amount. Id like to see one that protects the chest area more.
Of course, the puffiness on the shoulders stabilizing the helmet is a great idea,
