I hear some old time radio shows on the shortwave. LOts of that stuff can be heard free, online. The Bickersons, The Life of Reilly, There are others I cant name right now, but if you find an old timey radio show Id like to get a list together,

When I was a teen... I had a regular date with my girl...
We'd go to the top of "A" mountain (UofA),... and listen to a classic, rebroadcast of NBC Mystery Theater... every Tuesday...
Noir narration,... sound effects,... great TV, that you could watch on your eyelids....

I highly recommend it to younger MTV /xyz gen members...
No visual technology can compete with human imagination...

I laid down & just had that stuff going & went to sleep.. Of course the story gets loud, shots fired, screaming, I got woke up a few times,
