Title: Turn signals
Post by Doug on 05/20/13 at 18:55:30

...I bought some new turn signals which I am attempting to install. I need help from step one.
I don't know how to remove the stock ones.

Front or rear?

The turn signals are held in by screws that are in the side of the mount, and they can be very tight or corroded and hard to remove.  The front turn signal wiring is connected in the headlight bucket.  The rear turn signal wiring is run through the heavy chrome sidde reinforcement pieces on each side of the fender.....and to access the wiring and remove it properly.....you need to remove those chrome pieces.
