does anyone have any good ideas on how I can lower the seat.
I am building a bobber and would like to sit so far down to the rear fender as possible. Pictures would be great:D

Hello marrekjols, welcome to the Club !  :)

I am Maurizio, the only Italian on this Forum, and my bike is an '88 4-speed named Barabbas  8-)

How tall are you ? Being so young, and from Norway... 1.95m ?  :D 6'6"?

Hey Marrekjols I think you'll have to either find a low profile sportster seat that can easily be modified to fit the LS650 or make one to get a seat closer to the fender.

some photos of savage bobbers, it looks like it has been cut off some parts on the frame. is this necessary?

Marius, operating on the frame is... risky.

May I suggest you consider "forward controls" so you may stretch your legs ?

It doesnt do a huge change but can shave your seat down. i can get a pic of my bike for you but its not as "bobber" as i would've liked it to look.new seat pan is the best option i think. im more then willing to hear everyones ideas on it.
