I slipped a new battery into my 1989 Suzuki Savage punched the starter and it rumbled to life. Swung my leg over and rode the 30 odd miles to the city and back - used the trip to pick up a license plate for another machine- temperatures were perfect , roads were largely empty
Even the almost manditory pop when shutting down sounded good.

A perfect machine for a perfect country ride

Somewhere there is a design team that 28 years ago got it right - three cheers for them
