Who is driving??? There obviously isn't a well-staffed motorcycle harrassment agency for each geographic location with the express purpose of extracting as much extra "taxes" from the people as possible. Riverside Sherriffs could make their month with the tickets written out to this group, were they to ride like this in town!!

They are not in this country. Where they are at this is common place.Revenue collection through traffic enforcement has not caught on there yet. :o
