By the looks of the stitches, I'd guess the wound is a couple of weeks old. They're probably changing the dressing. :(

Are you sure that is not a flesh eating bacteria photo...instead of a biker one?

I did see a fellow on the interstate this evening at 70 mph....T shirt, sweat pants, no helmet, no socks.....and tennis shoes. NOTG!
