Title: Sissy Bar Question Post by johnnyyuma on 04/13/13 at 13:57:43 I recently installed saddle bag supports which I managed to do without having to take off the wheel, as one of the bolts you need to install is well up inside the rear fender. So, if I decide to add a sissy bar, does the OEM kit include those side rails, which means I would first have to first uninstall the bag supports I just installed?? |

Title: Re: Sissy Bar Question Post by apache snow on 04/13/13 at 14:15:25 Its not that big of a deal. I've had mine on and off several times. I've never had a problem getting the bolts in and out with the tire in there. I have small hands though. And I've got a much longer bolt in the front top because of the saddle bag mounts I fabricated, http://suzukisavage.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?num=1365365417 |
Title: Re: Sissy Bar Question Post by johnnyyuma on 04/13/13 at 14:21:28 No worries, the OEM version is too expensive, I shall have to at least wait until I can find something less expensive, or read that as "cheaper". |

Keep an eye out in the market place. Lots of guys are doing Ryca conversions or bobber builds and have them laying around. |
