Title: s 40 with a sidecar Post by zoombass1 on 04/12/13 at 01:48:12 getting a new s40 for my velorex 700 sidecar need some stiffer shock choices any ideas? |
Title: Re: s 40 with a sidecar Post by Dave on 04/12/13 at 04:53:58 You can watch eBay for Progressive shocks.....most shocks that fit a Harley will fit the Savage......you need 1/2" or 13mm eyes. You probably want to avoid any that are "heavy duty", as those have really stiff springs for riding double on a Harley. You can also read this thread for some choices. http://suzukisavage.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?num=1136924522/0 |

That's correct. Progressives have a bushing that you can change out to fit the metric bikes. |
