Title: Raising Back/Passenger Seat
Post by anikun07 on 04/09/13 at 08:36:53

I've followed the tip of buying 1" spacers for raising the tip of the driver's seat.  I haven't had a chance to test it out yet.  But I was wondering if anyone has raised the passenger/back seat.  I'm also planning on ordering a taller sissy bar for passenger back support.  I'm looking forward to more comfort on the back.  :)

As long as you extend all the points that meet the frame, extend the brackets that fasten the side bolts and get a longer hex nut or other suitable replacement, I don't see any issue.  Just make sure it's sturdy and mounted solid after raising it up.   ;)
