Those craters make me scratch my head. I can see from the diameters i they were the result of some Monstrous collisions, yet, the basins all seem to all be pretty much even with the rest of the moons surface outside of the rim raised by the collisions. Down here, the craters are obviously lower than the areas outside the stacks of ejecta... Howcumizzat you spose?

The older craters filled with lava before the moon cooled. The newer, deeper ones did not.

Yes I took it. I had my camera on a tripod w/ a 30 second exposure.
