Well, I have had the bike a year now, and just turned 4k on the odo. I spent saturday washing, waxing, oil change, and even got in a short ride between cloud bursts.

Wow, and to think when I bought it.. it had 450 miles. Three oil changes later, some nuts and bolts, re-covered seat.. and she rides better than ever.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their help and advice on taking care of my little Savage. She's a joy, and more.

PS: Rode the bike to work today .... yeah!!!

Congrats Pine and may you enjoy
the next 50,000 miles as well as
you have your first 4000...
I have just turned 11,000 on my 09..
Rode to work lastnight as well..

It's awsome being on two wheels, glad you are still enjoying the Savage so much Pine :)
