That looks suspiciously like the main ferry terminal in Seattle... with the T18/Harbor Island container cranes in the background... Columbia Dock or some such...

Roof makes sense given the amount of rain that come up out of nowhere between the Olympic and Cascade Ranges...

And a safety cage... is he going to the demo derby? ::)
