Assuming 1.5 inch dia wheel, they will be turning at a little over 15000 rpm.

Man, did he call the wrong friend to pick him up from the airport.....

Maybe "Just bring your Honda" meant something different to the biker.

Maybe he put skateboard wheels on it. Those things hold up to ridiculous speeds.

Came up behind a guy pulling a pop up camper on the Natchez Trace Parkway. (50 Mph limit) Told the wife his tire was about to explode on left side. Backed off a little, blew horn, flashed lights, weaved into left lane during all this. (Two lane, very little traffic.) Tire came to pieces, so now we're on the rim at 50 mph with definite tilt to little camper. Surely didn't want steel in windshield, so just backed off and hoped he would check wide mirrors affixed to Cavalier. I am not kidding!!! Wheel finally disintegrated and dropped to axle. When hub went I just shook my head. He finally pulled over. Normally, I would stop to help, but he was miles from a parts store with a bent, scored axle and he looked a whole lot healthier than I did with my bad back, so I hoped for the best for him and zoomed on by--at 50MPH.  :)
