Oh yea the dirtbags will be in prison by the busload if they weren't using their power to block that.

In the 90's Carl Koella hit and killed a motorcyclist (terry barnard) while driving drunk.
He dove home. Reported to cops the next day. When he was sober.
Then after his death, they named that section of road after him.

What an A$$hoal. The rest are worse ... cos they are ... still alive.
