Title: Crank case evac Post by Lucaisrussell on 01/15/13 at 11:06:15 Alright everyone, I've had this idea in my head for quite sometime and wanted to hear your opinions. I was thinking about hooking up my crankcase breather to my exhaust since its just a line dangling off my bike since I removed the air box. I would use a kit similar to this with the right sizes http://m.summitracing.com/parts/sum-120108 . I've got this on my car and I absolutely love the way it works. But would putting it on single cylinder savage be safe? I know it would be mainly cosmetic and i dont expect much proformance results since this motor blows pretty hard out of the breather. But I want to be different. Opinions and objections please. |

The savage breathes in as much as it exhails (or almost as much) This system is made for multi cylinder engine whose internal volume doesn't change much. Only bypass is exhailed. |
