I dunno what is THE best battery deal, but with TristateBattery I hit a 'point of diminished returns' (as in, further shopping probably not worth it). A couple days ago I paid 50 bucks for a YTX9 gel cell, made by Yuasa. Shipping was 12 bucks. I think there are some Chinese cheapies out there, but don't recommend them. Good luck with your search.

I used a coupon code for $30 off $75, I cannot find it now but "A124" will get you $25 off $70.

It is a full AGM, and lists for $85 but most locations have a $10 off coupon.

I bought a Big Crank(direct I think)about 5 years ago and it's still going strong.No tender/charger...nothing.I start it and let it run for about 1/2 hour on a high idle when I can't actually ride it.Best money I ever spent on my bike.
