Lived most of my life in the northeast - Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany areas - and that's exactly the kind of crap I don't miss. Serow, I could feel that one in my chest...

Idiots... in multitudes! Kinda reminds me of driving in Taiwan back in the 60's (and I was on a Honda 50 - yikes!). Many foreign countries don't have the rules that we are used to, nor are there any policemen around to enforce them anyway. Instead, they kinda have guidelines. 8-)

Definitely not wise to pass in that situation under those circumstances.

I bet the driver and passengers of that car had such an a$$ pucker experience at that moment there is no covering left on the seats of the car. ;D
