Well, I got the itch and bought a new car a few days ago. Had been driving a Jeep Liberty Renegade for a couple of years and liked it ok, but I never really loved it. Know what I mean? So we took a drive through a local car lot and I spotted a car that I did fall in love with. Did a little research on it and didn't find much negative, although its only been in production for a couple of years. Went down one evening, took one for a ride, and ended up buying it. After putting a couple hundred miles on it, I have to say its one of the most fun cars I have ever driven.

So, I wondered if anybody had any experience with one?

Odd looking, vaguely resembling the old French Citroen. Of course, I'm very traditional; no creative inspiration. My wife used to be a decorator, and I have always wondered how her ideas just seem to spring from nowhere???

Congratulations! Kinda reminds me of a toad.....a good thing. 8-) There were a few recalls when they first came out, so you might want to check on that. Hope ya enjoy it!

I see them bunches... my wife bought the next bigger one, the Rouge.. I though that the Juke would have done just as good, but she likes to take a yearly road trip ( girls weekend out).

My wife's friend has one and my wife calls it the "Batmobile" after driving her friend home after drinks one night. Said it was like a spaceship with the dash/controls how they were setup. I've never been in one, but like the look of them. Hope you enjoy it. :)

Tried to listen to your Rickie Lee Jones, cant say as I've heard him, but it won't play on my phone. Have to check it out later. But I'm with Toes - Juke Box Hero, saw Foreigner in concert late 80's, awesome light show and overall concert.

Glad to hear some good comments. I liked the Rogue, but it's a little bigger and isnt nearly as cute as the Juke lol. Its also a little more expensive. It does have a spaceship-like dash. One nice thing (most new cars have now) is the Bluetooth connectivity so I can talk or text without taking my hands off the wheel!! I like "batmobile" I'll have to come up with a name for mine soon!

JOG you crack me up. Color is GunMetal I believe. Its a dark gray. They had a pretty odd blue color, deep, interesting blue... not your average plain ole blue. But the front bumper is fiberglass and the hood/side panels are metal, and I could see a slight color variation. Not bad, but I'm a detail person haha. The grey was much better. Hubby said that blue color was fine for now, but would you still like it in a few years? Good point.

DJ - I already got the best 2-wheeler. Need the 4 tires sometimes for grocery shopping and such... I hate risking carrying bottles on the bike! ;)

If the color is Gun Metal, then theres your step toward a name,
Pistolero, Magnum, ( Of course, if you plan on hitting pedestrians, Manglum is the name) , Derri, for derringer, BUt, every time ya turn on the AC someone will ask if youve turned on the Derri Air..so, theres a down side. Anyway, theres a start, Something gun related, Somehow puke mobile just isnt all that appealing,

If you are the Piglet, and you are in a cage, the cage is obviously a Pig-Pen. There was also a character by that name in the old Peanuts comic strip.

Yep, Pig Pen is a good one, I'll see if it sticks. I'm trying so hard to keep it clean, so it doesn't become a pig sty lol. This time of year is rough around here. Weekend was beautiful And poor little Pig Pen and Piglet stayed in the garage. This morning was 32 degrees, I think I felt the car shiver when I took her out.

Bot, finally listened to Rickie Lee, nice voice, I do believe I've heard her before.

Memory is fading, but wasn't there a post about a woman using one of these vehicles to flatten motorcyclists? I believe it was a USA Nissan TV commercial.
