Sorry Bush never lost ... of course you can say that he violated the constitution and after the 4th or 5th time he did lose that cos he didn't get to run for a third term ... And like I said before, you can blow up a motor in 20 mins, just ride it without oil, you cant fix it maybe for many many hours or days ... So Bush blew it up, we are still trying to fix it. Cool. While the prez has his advisers fromn the same places as the last pres, nothing of any importance changes.
