Title: Re: bobber project rear tire Post by Demin on 11/03/12 at 07:13:47 Looks like you have a trailer fender on it already. If so it shouldn't be a problem. That's all I run on my bikes. |

Title: Re: bobber project rear tire Post by ToesNose on 11/07/12 at 07:34:08 Yea I guess the hard tail has alot to do with that, but the seat looks pretty cumfey itself LOL |
Title: Re: bobber project rear tire Post by MiCTLaN on 11/07/12 at 14:31:50 What sort of seat is that? |
Title: Re: bobber project rear tire Post by newriverjunkie on 11/08/12 at 15:29:30 Madmax what did you use for your struts? And also my '02 has some sort of box hanging under the airbox and I see that yours does not, so this may be a stupid question but what is the box for and do I really need it because I like the open look you have there. |
Title: Re: bobber project rear tire Post by madmax24370 on 11/08/12 at 19:36:26 just used flat stock metal i think three eights thick my friend gave the seat no name on it. |
Title: Re: bobber project rear tire Post by madmax24370 on 11/08/12 at 19:46:23 i change the look of the bike alot . i just like fooling aroud with different parts |
Title: Re: bobber project rear tire Post by Cavi Mike on 11/09/12 at 01:44:39 I see your front tire is backwards - you should flip your forks around. The brake looks bad-ass when its right out front. |
Title: Re: bobber project rear tire Post by Demin on 11/09/12 at 05:27:34 Nope.Front tire is on correctly. My Avon is the same tread. |
Title: Re: bobber project rear tire Post by Cavi Mike on 11/09/12 at 08:26:49 I've never seen a tire where the sipes lead inwards. Inward-leading sipes will draw water into the tread instead of pushing it outwards. I'd like to see a picture of the "direction" arrow to prove me wrong. |
Title: Re: bobber project rear tire Post by Demin on 11/09/12 at 09:11:09 I will get a pic later.I'm not an idiot.I build bikes and cars at my shop for a living and i'm looking at the one on my Harley right now. |
Title: Re: bobber project rear tire Post by Cavi Mike on 11/09/12 at 09:29:29 Good enough of an argument for me. No need for a picture, I believe you. I can vaguely see the direction arrow on a front Venom in a picture I found and it does appear to be pointing the "wrong" way but the rear tire shows it pointing the right way. Definitely odd. |
